Linda Zaziski, MSM, CP-FS, PCQI; National Director of Safety; Little Caesar Enterprises and Blue Line Foodservice Distribution
Linda is the National Director of Safety, where she currently leads the strategic, nationwide brand protection/safety efforts for Little Caesar Enterprises and Blue Line Food Service Distribution. She has over 30 years of food service/retail/manufacturing/distribution experience overseeing safety, environmental safety, loss prevention, crisis management, risk, regulatory compliance and food safety.
Linda serves as a chief spokesperson for industry – sitting on various boards/councils of influence including the Restaurant Loss Prevention and Security Association (RLPSA), Conference for Food Protection (CFP), the National Restaurant Association (NRA) HR/Risk/Safety Executive Group and on the both the Michigan and Indiana Food Defense/Food Safety Advisory Committees.
Linda has been actively involved with the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) – Greater Detroit Chapter; since 2011, holding various leadership positions including: Vice President (2019/2020) Secretary (2014 – 2019), Awards and Honors and ROC Planning Chair.
