SYNOPSIS:

Join the Greater Detroit Chapter membership for our Summer Social, a social and networking event geared toward safety professionals and their friends, family, and colleagues. The Summer Social will take place at UWM Field on Sunday, August 23 beginning at 12 PM. Come prepared for a day at the baseball stadium!

ASSP GDC members may bring guests (family members, friends, colleagues); each person must be registered separately. Full details are outlined below. Registration is required.

Baseball Game

• The Mammoths will go up against the Beavers – Game starts at 1:05 PM
  • See the official USPBL website here
• The GDC and our guests will have a picnic area to mingle in and watch the game.
• Complimentary parking is available.

Fan Experiences

• Look for our group shout out on the board.
• Stick around for a group photo in the field.
• Kids can run the bases after the game!

Lunch

• An All American BBQ Picnic will be served from 12 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Beverages are available until the end of the 7th inning.
• Lunch includes: Hot dogs, BBQ pulled chicken, sliced smoked sausage with peppers & onions, baked beans, fresh pasta salad, potato chips, cole slaw and cookies. Unlimited Pepsi soft drinks, lemonade, iced tea, and water.
• Lunch is included with your ticket.

**Each Chapter member is permitted to bring guests to the event! When purchasing a guest ticket, please use your email address.**
